Your general dentist ha referred you to our office because he/she believes you would benefit from placement of one or more dental implants.

When you come into our office for the first time you will be greeted by one of our front office staff. We will give you some initial paperwork to fill out in preparation of your meeting with the doctor.

Once you are in our examination room we will review your medical history information. You will receive a comprehensive examination from the doctor to determine the complete periodontal status of your mouth as well as your implant needs.



After the doctor has had the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate your records and X-Rays you will meet one-on-one for a private consultation and discuss your proposed treatment options. We place great emphasis on educating our patients on the implant process as well as discussion of different treatment options. This is your opportunity to ask questions of the doctor as well as any other questions you may have.

After your private consultation with the doctor, you will meet with our business office personnel where they can answer any financial questions, check on insurance coverage as well as scheduling you future treatment. There will be an examination fee for your initial visit.
